Research examines how white-collar criminals adjust to prison life

Chances are that Bernie Madoff and other "celebrity" white-collar criminals are adjusting to prison life. That's because, according to new research, white-collar criminals report no greater level of difficulty adjusting to prison than do other prison populations. In fact, in some instances, white-collar criminals have fewer adjustment challenges.
